Soy-Free, Non-GMO, Chemical-Free Meats, Dairy, and Eggs from Pastured, Naturally-Raised Livestock
At Hock Newberry Farm, our goal is to provide the cleanest, most nutrient-dense food we can for our family and our community. We utilize regenerative farming methods to heal the land we steward and improve the soil health below our feet.
We produce pasture-raised heritage pork, chicken, eggs and holiday turkeys, a milk share program from our Nubian dairy goats, and, as of fall of 2023, have added a limited amount of grass-fed, grass-finished beef. All of this is done with methods that are environmentally sustainable, truly humane, and naturally healthy. We invite you to join us in making a difference in your health and community while savoring every tasty bite!
Soy-Free Pasture & Woodlot Raised Pork
Our heritage American Guinea Hogs range through diverse pastures, into the woods, and forage for a large portion of their diet. They are supplemented with soy-free, non-GMO, chemical-free grain. Our little black lard-breed pigs yield a beautifully rich, well-marbled meat that is nutrient dense and delicious.
Soy-Free Pastured Poultry
Our broiler chickens range in large pens in our green pastures, moving to fresh ground regularly. They are fed a special blend of soy-free, non-GMO grain from a local Virginia mill. We offer whole chickens, as well as individual cuts.
Soy-Free Eggs from Pasture-Raised Hens
Our hens spend their days enjoying all of the bugs, sun, and greens they want in our pastures. They move around behind our other livestock, helping to keep down the number of flies and providing us with not only a delicious product, but also a valuable service - scattering manure piles, and providing fertilizer of their own to our pastures. They are supplemented with soy-free, non-GMO grain from a local Virginia mill. Taste the difference today!
