One fresh ham roast - the meat from the back leg that would become a ham, prior to it being cured and smoked. Our favorite way to prepare it is to rub it with brown sugar and barbecue seasoning, then wrap it in bacon and roast in the oven until the bacon is crispy and the meat is tender.
