Uncured Smoked Pork Jowl

Jowl is the cheek and neck meat from the hog. Cured with the same celery powder-based mix as our bacon, ham, and ham hocks. Jowl is excellent used the way you would use a hock (in greens or beans), or can be sliced and fried to make something that looks and tastes a lot like bacon.
